NEOM Loyalty Points

You can sign up online through our website or in store with one of our team members. Once registered, you can start earning points straight away.

You will earn points when you shop with us online or in store, as well as by completing selected activities within your account.

Please allow up to 1 hour for activity points to appear in your account.

If you have completed an activity or made a purchase and your points have not appeared after this time, please contact our Customer Care team and we will be happy to help.

Log in to your NEOM account and go to NEOM Points tab to view your points balance and current tier status.

Points from purchases can take up to 1 hour to appear in your account.

Once added, they will be available for you to redeem.

If you are shopping online, log in to your NEOM account before checkout. At checkout, you will see the option to apply your points to your order.

If you are shopping in store, simply let a member of our team know that you would like to use your points and they will apply them for you.

Yes, points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Tier status is based on your spend over a rolling 12 month period.

To remain in your current tier, you will need to maintain the required spend across the previous 12 months. If your spend falls below the threshold during this period, your tier will adjust accordingly.

To receive your birthday reward, you must add your date of birth to your account at least 24 hours before your birthday.

Your birthday reward will be added to your account or sent via email on your birthday, depending on your tier.

You will earn points if you create an account within one hour of making the purchase.

Your birthday points will reflect the tier you are in at the time. For example, if you provide your date of birth while in Bronze Feeling Good, you will be notified that you will receive 500 points. However, if you move up to Silver Feeling Great before your birthday, you will receive 1,000 points on your birthday. The same applies if you move down a Tier. For example, if you are in Silver Feeling Great, you will be notified that you will receive 1,000 points. However, if you move down to Bronze Feeling Good before your birthday, you will receive 500 points on your birthday. This set-up applies to all 3 Tiers.
