"Bought this as a birthday gift to myself and, upon unboxing, discovered an unsightly black flaw in the middle of the glass which significantly impacts the aesthetic and looks even worse when the light is switched on. I sent two complaint messages, including photographs, to Neom customer care over two weeks ago and have still received no response. As a loyal Neom customer, I’m extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the product but also with the lack of aftercare and customer service. I would appreciate an urgent response and a suitable resolution to this issue."

"This was a birthday present and I absolutely love it!!! I have lots of diffusers but this is my first Neom one and it honestly smells amazing and sounds very relaxing too. A very nice slow mist which means I'm not constantly topping it up. It came with two oils one I was not particularly fond of (happiness) I think but the other one is divine and even though expensive I will purchase again even my husband and son liked it and they don't normally like oils. A beautiful gift"

- Hi Carly, Our new Clementine Well being pod doesn't come with any oils unfortunately if purchased on it own. However, we do have our Clementine wellbeing pod with our wellbeing discovery set that has just launched that does come with our 3ml oils. Thank you.
