Q&A

Do you provide samples of scents? If even on a paper stick? I’ve recently bought 2 bottles of oil and don’t like the scent of one. It’s now wasted
We completely understand it is sometimes difficult to know what our fragrances smell like and that before purchase it can be helpful to try! Here at NEOM we are doing our best ensure that samples are available to our customers however we currently only supply samples in a small quantity. As a regenerative business we are very passionate about sustainability, it is something we hold close to our hearts and are striving to improve as a brand each day! Unfortunately single use sample sachets can potentially end up in landfill, which is what we are trying to prevent. Our team are working super hard behind the scenes to create some new samples in fully recyclable packaging for the future. We hope that you can understand these small steps we are making and can only apologise for any disappointment. NEOM X
