Poor customer service, but I'm sure the oils are lovely!

"I have several lotions by Neom, so I know I'd love these oils, but in a cruel twist of fate, the day before they arrived, I happened to be at the Vet with my kitties and asked about diffusing oils. My veterinarian let me know it was a non-negotiable NO around cats because they can be very harmful, so I sadly had to sent the oils back. Well, it took weeks before I was able to get a hold of anyone there to help me with a shipping label, (because the returns page on the website did not work) and once I was finally contacted and gave them my info (again), several more days have passed and I have not heard back, nor received the label. I positively hate leaving negative reviews, esp for a company that seems so lovely, but this has been incredibly poor service. I'd simply like a refund : (. (and ps- I'm sure the oils are wonderful!)"

Shipping is delayed right now

"I’m sure it will be lovely, but I haven’t received it yet. Shipping this time of year is just like that. I’m not worried about it, but I can’t really write a review around a shipment I haven’t received. Normally, it’s lovely and reduces my stress and anxiety a lot. Once it arrives, I’m sure it will be 5 stars. The email said it was ordered 9/29/22 and shipped 11/16/22. The Shop App can’t find a tracking number and it’s now 12/11/22. I’ve been ordering Neom oil from elsewhere so I don’t have to be without it but I never received this package and can’t track it. I’m sure they’ll catch up with their shipping eventually so I placed a 2nd order with them for another oil this month. I have been trying to avoid reviewing anything, but this is the 2nd request for a review for this oil and it’s 8 weeks later. I don’t mind offering a review, but decided to leave this one so that NEOM can possibly delay their requests for review until after their tracking numbers indicate that the package was received."

Amazing!

"The Jasmine, Bergamot, & Geranium is amazing! It’s like when the angels sing, Heaven plays the Hallelujah Chorus in Handel's Messiah, the angels dance and clap and stomp as the door opens to welcome someone home and this scent is on the breeze wafting out of room at that moment. I cried when I tried to come up with the words to describe this scent because it makes me so happy. This scent is Joy! I really love it. I once put it in every diffuser in the house at once and I loved it even more! It doesn’t bother my husband. Jasmine de Bois once described A La Nuit Eau De Parfum by Serge Lutens as the “gold standard” for jasmine. I really enjoy the parfum and this essential oil is at least equal in quality to the gold standard, though it lasts longer in my diffuser and the scent is more intense. I absolutely recommend this oil to anyone who enjoys jasmine, it’s exquisite!"
