  • Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the Perfect Night’s Sleep Magnesium Body Butter all over your body, then cup your hands over nose and mouth and breathe in for 7, out for 11, to let the relaxing aroma wash over you 
  • Spritz your pillow with the Perfect Night’s Sleep Mist, and for an extra boost mist your pj’s and bed linen too. Breathe deeply and relax. 
  • Really ‘milk it’ by shaking Perfect Night’s Sleep Magnesium Bath Milk before pouring 4-5 capfuls into warm running water, then soak in the tub for at least ten minutes to reap the muscle-soothing, skin-softening benefits. Pregnancy-safe, for adult use only (over 16 years)
