"This looks like a nice deluxe tortoise shell diffuser with a soft warm light, right? What turned up was purple with a harsh white light. Be warned - it doesn’t look anything like the photos. When I raised this with customer services, they were very dismissive and bordering on gaslighting me about it. Not what I’d expect from a premium brand such as NEOM. Short review: avoid."
