"Very satisfied with the pod and the essential oil blends starter kit. It's my first time ordering an essential oils diffuser and it works well! I think my favorite blend is Complete Bliss—it's GREAT. -1 star however for the very slow shipping. It took 3 weeks for my parcel to be delivered. Please don't use the cheapest shipping option for "free" shipping :)"

"I just received my Wellbeing Pod this afternoon. I was very excited to open the box, only to find that the item they sent me is not new. The pod is not sealed, the charger looks dirty, and overall, the box looks like it's been returned a couple of times. I contacted customer support via website and asked for a return label and a full refund. I regret this purchase. You can buy a cheap diffuser sold at any store in US and the item comes sealed or at least wrapped in clear plastic. I would not order from this company again."

"Love the wellness pod, the bubbling sound is comforting and the variation in light is relaxing. I mainly use mine as a humidifier next to my bed and it very soothing while I slowly drift off to sleep. Very quiet function and the new touch buttons improve the look of this beautiful pod. My first one was faulty, but customer service was excellent and they sent me out a new one immediately. Recommend unreservedly."
