• Use our Perfect Night’s Sleep Essential Oil Blend with your Wellbeing Pod or add a few drops to an evening bath to boost your nighttime routine.  
• Allow our Perfect Night’s Sleep Scented Candle (1 Wick) to fully pool before blowing out (we recommend a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4) to allow for an even burn. Trim the wick no shorter than 1cm.  
• Pour a capful of our Perfect Night’s Sleep Bath Foam into running water and soak for at least 10 minutes to really feel its effects as you prepare for sleep.
