Really lovely bag thank you
"Really lovely bag thank you"
Horrendous experience & abysmal customer care
"I purchased from your company and found the entire experience horrendous. My purchase was for a birthday present. Despite ordering the products well un advance, the products were never delivered. I was a minimum of 2 months trying to chase this up and to find out what happened. Eventually I was told that the small gift packaging that I ordered was out of stock. This took weeks to get this update. I then asked for the products to be shipped without the gift bag however, the products still werent delivered. I had to get a refund and was never provided with an explanation as to what happened. I bought from you numerous times previously, never again."

A touch of elegance!
"An understated but elegant gift bag with a ribbon to seal the bag. A wonderful gift to give to anyone on any occasion!"

Perfect for Gifting x
"Classic, quality, well made and presented gift bag. Unsurprisingly used for my gifting 😂. All products received came well wrapped with no damage to anything, so sometimes it’s the luck of the draw, but Neom most certainly did their best to package all products purchased with care and attention. Merci Beaucoup !!!"
