Bottle comes not sealed.

"The product itself is very good, it arrived with about a cm off the top missing, it wasn't a sealed bottle it was open and not even sealed around the outside! I made a complaint, 3 days later i still haven't heard back, as they request it will take up to 3 days for a reply. The smell is very good, the exfoliation is very mild, nothing heavily gritty. It is a delight to use, the scent if very refreshing without being over powered by lemons and Grapefruit. It didn't dry my skin so this is a bonus. I certainly would buy again but maybe from a different supplier."
