Smells like an armful of a thousand jasmine blossoms – decadent and indulgent. The most glamourous of all NEOM aromas (and in fact the first ever scent) Real Luxury is an overdose of rich jasmine – as if you’ve brushed past an archway heaving with its fully-opened blossoms.   1. Unscrew the NEOM refill. 
  2. Pour the NEOM refill into glass vessel, then insert reeds. 

Top tip: for a stronger scent, use all the reeds and turn frequently. If refilling a new NEOM fragrance, carefully hand wash vessel and wipe dry. 

Warning: May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Avoid release to the environment. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations. May produce an allergic reaction. Retain packaging for future reference.

High hopes

"NEOM's customer service is absolutely fantastic, so I was really hoping to love this reed diffuser. Unfortunately, the fragrance throw is extremely weak. Unless you're standing right next to it with your nose near the bottle, there's very little scent in the room. I've followed all the recommendations—it's placed in a high-traffic area, away from direct sunlight and radiators, and I've been turning the reeds regularly—but it still doesn't seem to fill the space with fragrance. I had high hopes for this diffuser, especially as I'd heard it was one of the strongest scented options available. The fragrance itself is lovely, but sadly it's just not strong enough for me. If the scent throw were more powerful, this would be an amazing product. Unfortunately, based on my experience, it's a no from me."
