"Very satisfied with the pod and the essential oil blends starter kit. It's my first time ordering an essential oils diffuser and it works well! I think my favorite blend is Complete Bliss—it's GREAT. -1 star however for the very slow shipping. It took 3 weeks for my parcel to be delivered. Please don't use the cheapest shipping option for "free" shipping :)"

Disappointing
"I just received my Wellbeing Pod this afternoon. I was very excited to open the box, only to find that the item they sent me is not new. The pod is not sealed, the charger looks dirty, and overall, the box looks like it's been returned a couple of times. I contacted customer support via website and asked for a return label and a full refund. I regret this purchase. You can buy a cheap diffuser sold at any store in US and the item comes sealed or at least wrapped in clear plastic. I would not order from this company again."

"So happy with my Neom diffuser and Neoms customer service is brilliant! I had a pod which became faulty after a couple months but they were so quick at dealing with it and sent a new one! Spoke to one of their team on a Sunday and within a few days I had a replacement on the way! I use my Neom every night it’s amazing!"

Beat diffuser I have ever used
"I have used diffusers before but I end up not using them as they start to smell fusty and I had to clean it thoroughly each time. With this I pour out the old water and I can refill immediately. It’s more expensive than the ones I’ve used previously but think this makes for a great investment as I’ve had this longer than my previous diffusers which I ended up replacing."
