1. Will I earn loyalty points on my subscription?
Yes!
2. Can I use a discount code against my subscription?
No, as your subscription order already includes a discount.
3. Can I add one off items to my subscription order?
Yes, on your initial order you can but not on any subsequent orders.
4. When will I receive my subscription delivery?
Depending on your frequency of delivery that you have chosen, you will receive your delivery every 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
5. How do I change the date of my order?
You can't at the moment, sorry!
6. How do I change my delivery frequency?
Sorry, you can't at the moment. You can only skip, pause or cancel.
7. How do I skip a delivery?
Go to My Account > Subscription Management > Manage Subscription > Skip Next Order.
8. How can I pause my subscription?
Go to My Account > Subscription Management > Manage Subscription > Pause Subscription.
9. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account > Subscription Management > Manage Subscription > View Subscription Details > Cancel Subscription.
10. Can I change to a different fragrance?
Not at the moment, sorry! Our subscriptions are easy to cancel and re-set up on a new fragrance though – let us know if you need a helping hand…
11. Can I change the quantity of my subscription?
Unfortunately, not on an active subscription. To do this, you would have to set up a new subscription. You can cancel your existing one.
12. What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
Credit or Debit Card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
13. How do I change or update my payment details?
Simply go to My Account > Subscription Management > Manage Subscription > View Subscription Details > click on the pencil icon next to payment and then you can edit.
14. What happens if my payment is unsuccessful?
We will retry payment for 3 attempts, 3 days apart. After 3 attempts we will skip that month’s subscription and send you a notification.
15. Can I gift a subscription to my friends and family?
Yes of course, what a perfect gift! Please be mindful that if you want to set it for a specific time frame, do set a reminder as we can’t set an automatic end date our end. It is something we’re working on!
16. Can I send my subscription to an international address?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of the US or Canada. For international shipping, please visit neomwellbeing.com. Free shipping on subscriptions only applies to the US.
