To get the full Complete Bliss Scented Candle experience, always light all 3 wicks at the same time & allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly.

  • Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
  • Trim the wicks before every use to no shorter than 1cm
  • As you inhale the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds

Contacted customer service and still waiting

"I am quite fond of NEOM products. However, I recently purchased two 3-wick candles, and unfortunately, both arrived completely shattered. The glass was so fragmented that I couldn't even remove the candles from their boxes. Considering each candle cost £55, I had anticipated receiving intact and usable items. Additionally, I ordered three essential oils but only received two. I have already reached out to customer support and am currently still awaiting their response."
