• To get the best out of your Happiness Scented Candle burn the candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 to ensure the wax burns evenly and the Essential Oils can fully pool and fill the room.
• For an uplifting burst of energy wherever you go, we keep the Energising Hand Balm to hand. Simply warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin.
• Let the feeling of calm wash over you on an evening with the Bedtime Hero Bath Foam. Pour a capful into running water and soak for at least 10 minutes. Use some simple breathing techniques…in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds creating a moment of calm.
• After a long soak in the bath massage the wonderfully-whippy Magnesium Body Butter onto dry skin to nourish and breathe in the relaxing aroma.
• Massage 2 to 3 drops of the Perfect Night's Sleep Face Oil into your face. Then cup your hands over your nose, and breathe in for 7 seconds, and out for 11 seconds.
• End the night with a few spritz of the Perfect Night's Sleep Mist on your body and pillow and prepare for a night full of ZZZs.
